Narender Soma is a management postgraduate with over 20 years of distinguished experience in social development, social enterprise management, business development, and operational leadership. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated expertise in Information, Education and Communication (IEC), Behaviour Change Communication (BCC), project documentation, strategic planning, operations management, tender management, and renewable energy initiatives.

He began his professional journey with MARI NGO in Warangal, Telangana, where he worked at the grassroots level in collaboration with Safe Water Network India, implementing community-centric programmes focused on improving access to safe drinking water and promoting sustainable development.

Building on this foundation, he joined TATA Projects Community Development Trust, where he played a pivotal role in managing water supply projects under the TATA Water Mission. He contributed significantly to establishing and scaling an innovative social enterprise model that expanded across five Indian states, delivering sustainable and community-owned water solutions.

Narender later joined NTR Trust, where he successfully led the operations of the NTR Sujala safe drinking water programme. Under his operational leadership, the initiative consistently supplied safe and affordable drinking water to nearly 400,000 people every day, ensuring efficient service delivery and long-term sustainability.

He subsequently became associated with Wisda Consulting Services, where he undertook diverse responsibilities encompassing Business Development, Operations Management, Tender Preparation and Submission, Project Coordination, and Strategic Consulting. During his tenure, he also spearheaded the organisation's renewable energy initiatives, contributing significantly to the successful execution of 1 MW of rooftop solar installations within a single year, marking a major milestone in the company's growth.

Driven by an entrepreneurial vision and a commitment to sustainable development, Narender founded Vasavi Energies in 2026 in Warangal, Telangana. Through Vasavi Energies, he is dedicated to accelerating the adoption of clean energy solutions by delivering high-quality rooftop solar systems for residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional customers. His mission is to make renewable energy accessible, affordable, and sustainable while contributing to India's clean energy transition and empowering communities with reliable solar solutions.

Co-Founder, Head-Operations and Procurement

Sindhuja Soma is a graduate and an accomplished operations professional with extensive experience in operations management, procurement, supply chain coordination, and team leadership. Her career reflects a strong commitment to operational excellence, process optimization, and efficient resource management.

Before Vasavi Energies, she successfully managed the operations of a small-scale industrial enterprise, leading a team of over 30 women employees. This experience strengthened her expertise in workforce management, procurement planning, vendor coordination, inventory management, and quality assurance while fostering a collaborative and performance-driven work culture.

Shyam Pasunoori

Head-Business Development

Shyam Pasunoori is a seasoned management professional with over two decades of distinguished experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry. Throughout his accomplished career, he has held key state-level leadership positions with some of India's most reputed organizations, including Raymonds Company Ltd and Cycle Pure Agarbathies, where he consistently delivered exceptional results in business expansion, sales leadership, channel development, and market penetration.

With extensive expertise in dealer and distributor network development, strategic business planning, sales operations, and high-performing team management, Shyam has successfully led large-scale market operations while building strong and sustainable business relationships across diverse regions. His customer-centric approach, analytical mindset, and ability to identify emerging market opportunities have enabled him to achieve consistent business growth and strengthen organizational performance.

At Vasavi Energies, Shyam serves as the Head - Business Development, where he spearheads the company's business growth initiatives, strategic partnerships, and market expansion efforts.
